The video for the anthemic “Fauchés” by Congolese Rapper Lexxus Legal is already out for a while, but it really got my attention when I was browsing through Okayafrica’s “Best of 2011”. The track is a whitty comment on Congolese politics and problems, and definitely a not-to-miss example of Kinois Rap with a pinch of Soukous vibe.
