There is a new party series about to start for all the Tropical Bass heads in Berlin. “Chupa presented by Eck Echo” will have it’s debut this Friday, August 23rd 2013, at Club Chesters in Kreuzberg.
Promised is an “eclectic drive of Bass Music clashing with the hottest Tropical Sounds of South American Folktronica”, which sounds not too bad. This can be also said for the first editions line-up:
BIGOTE, one of the founders and main acts behind the CABALLITO label from Spain (which should be a familiar name for our readers and is regularly featured in our Cumbia section).
CHERMAN, the Argentinian head honcho of both FOLCORE and CABEZA labels (also a constant source of fine Digital Cumbia and Global Bass sounds).
Plus resident support from Berlin by Scooby Dub, Pira Lemu & Q-Richi.
