The first Jeffree’s compilation of 2013 features our most diverse selection of artists to date. From LIZ’s future pop ballad “XTC” to DJ Snakes heavy hitting trap anthem “Bird Machine” ,Volume 7 out of any other compilation highlights what the Jeffree’s was made for, Highlighting up and coming producers that are exciting and breaking the mold. The compilation starts with The Reef, a young producer out of Sweden we found on Soundcloud making wild dark big room house bangers. Sibot follows, coming to us from South Africa and making some of the wildest glitch trap that we’ve ever heard. Things get full on rave when Vato Gonzalez drops his “Cats Are Evil” a dark and deviant but yet fun banger perfect peak hours in a dirty club.
LIZ is our first female on Jeffree’s effortlessly adopting modern R&B’s glossiest melodies and subtly infuses the streets to create tasteful post-ratchet lollipop sounds. The B-side “Underdogs”, follows right behind as a retro futuristic shout out anthem to the unicorn in side of everyone. Following LIZ is ”Sweet Like Chocolate” Lady Bee’s cover of Shanks and Bigfoot’s classic UKGarage/2Step anthem and “Murda Dem” the self produced hard hitting Moombahton banger. Rounding out Volume 7 we have DJ Snake featuring one of our most anticipated tracks of 2k13 “Bird Machine” featuring Alesia.”Bird Machine” packs huge 808’s and an ever evolving bird whistle making it one of the most unique trap tunes we’ve ever heard.
