Light in the attic is a label that specializes in “old school jewels” from all over the world, and normally I used to give a look once in a while to see what to post for cumbia roots when i was starting to blog.
Now that I think psychedelic, chicha, roots and afroperuvian can be totally understood, (fact that wasn’t that possible, decades ago), they are re-releasing Peru’s Grupo 2000 album.. el destape
